Booking system on Unit of Foreign Police

The Foreign Police Unit of the Police Force in Bratislava (Regrútska st. 4), has adopted new measure due to enormous interest of clients in visit of this Unit. New measure has extended the working hours of the Unit also to Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 a. m. to 2:00 p. m. These two days will be reserved only to foreigners, who have made a booking through electronic booking system.

Simultaneously we would like to bring foreigner´s attention to the fact that there is no need to panic. Particularly in case of foreigners, whose granted residence is to expire in the near future, but they have not succeeded in booking a date and time of the visit for the prolongation of their permit in the timeframe of its validity.

In case of cancellation you can contact the call center phone number: 0800 222222 or e-mail:  TA.13G4@4HLK3YQRRSQ@. Your reservation for the specific day will be cancelled. On this phone number and e-mail adress you will get all the necessary information about your reservation.

Booking system allows the user to register an application and to create a reservation of attendance at the foreign police unit.
After successful creation of the reservation, you will receive a PIN code.
You shall appear at the foreign police unit at the time booked and please print yourself a ticket with help of PIN code (on the contact terminal).

Electronic service “reservation system” allows for registering of:

• Application for granting of the temporary residence;Application for renewing of the temporary residence;
• Application for registration of rights of citizen of the Union;
• Application for registration of rights for stay of family member of the citizen of the Union;
• Application for registration of the right for permanent stay of family member of the citizen of the Union;
• Application for granting of the permanent residence for 5 years;
• Application for granting of the permanent residence for unlimited time;
• Application for granting of a long-term residence.

When filling of the electronic application, please follow within each line an info icon, where you may find a help needed. After successful check of each line of the application, the system transfers the user to the field of choosing a date and time of reservation. It is possible to book free dates and times only 2 weeks ahead.

After creation of reservation, it is necessary to save data on:

PIN code, date and time of reservation, validity of reservation, the date and time booked and address of the foreign police unit.

In case you are not able to find a free date and time, it is not a system error. You should find a free appointment possibility on the other day.
